HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
- Take a look at our wide range of products. Use the menu or the search bar.
- Select the product, choose your desired quantity and add it to the shopping cart.
- Have you found everything you need? Good, then we can continue. Click on the shopping cart button in the top right corner. You can still change things or proceed directly to checkout.
- Select your delivery address and choose your preferred shipping method.
- Almost done! Select how you want to pay, check that everything is correct and place your order. We will immediately send you an order confirmation.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, this is possible if the package has not yet been processed by our warehouse. You must then, immediately after you have placed your order, contact our customer service. Our customer service is available on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00.
I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER AND WOULD LIKE TO ADD AN ITEM, IS THAT POSSIBLE?
In some cases this is possible. Please contact our customer service immediately after you have placed your order. If the package has already been processed by our warehouse, unfortunately we cannot add it anymore. You will have to place a new order.
DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE OR EXCLUDE VAT?
All prices shown on our website are in euros and exclude VAT.
