What payment methods does iTech Parts use?
At iTech Parts you can choose from the following payment methods:

WHERE CAN I FIND MY INVOICE?
Our invoicing is fully automated. You will receive your invoice by email after you have placed your order.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF COD DELIVERY (CASH ON DELIVERY)?
Our COD service is available with delivery via UPS. You then pay the delivery driver when you receive the package. For this payment method there is a 10.00 euro surcharge. The maximum order amounts are different for each country and can be requested from UPS. Please note! Payment must be made in cash and in the correct way. The courier may not give change back.
PREPAY BY BANK TRANSFER. HOW DO I DO THAT?
If you want to use bank transfer, you can transfer the total amount to the account number below. Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment.

If you choose to pay via this option, the delivery of your order may take up 3 business days. This is because we will only ship your order once the deposit has been made from your bank to our account. If no payment has been received, nothing will be sent and your order will be canceled.
I have a discount code, how can I redeem it?
Once you are ready to complete your order, you can enter the discount code at the bottom of the payment page. The discount will then be automatically calculated and the ordering process will continue as usual.
MY PAYMENT IS NOT SUCCESSFUL. WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW?
If your payment is not successful or if you experience problems with the online completion of your order, we ask you to contact our customer service immediately.
